We have done business with this location twice due to our affiliation with USAA. We have been very pleased with the work done on our vehicles, and both times, Robyn and Marti were great to work with! They are both so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They helped to coordinate our rental cars (Enterprise) and kept us informed on the status of our repairs every step of the way. The location is very convenient if you are coming from out of town, like we do. Thank you, Robyn and Marti!
Gerber is the best! Always willing to help, best body shop hands down. 10/10 Employees are super helpful! Marti the estimator has helped me many times. And the technician John is very professional, knowledgeable and took care of my concerns

Every single time I call or come by to have my car repaired or even looked at I have the best experience! From the front desk lady to Marti taking the time to inspect my car to make sure it runs smoothly to the technician John who got my car up and working again!! I am so happy they’re so helpful and don’t make me feel like a burden when I ask questions about my car. 110% recommend!! Best auto shop on GLENWOOD SPRINGS!!
