Sopapillas are AMAZING! The rice is flavored excellent, not the place if you're looking for spicy food, but if you want comfortable Tex-Mex, this is the place. We are visiting Midland and plan to make this our regular spot whenever we return.
Thank you Gerardo’s Casita for accommodating me on such a short notice on catering my tech luncheon. My taco buffet was a hit! 🌮💥 The staff was extremely courteous and my food was nice and hot, not mention delicious. 👍🏼👍🏼
