In the past 2 years he is constantly a no show for appointments, treats clients like its their fault, blows them off rudely and if questioned, he goes off on a visious rant and swears at you and cancels you and leaves you after 30 plus years to find someone new to do your hair. I will never forgive how he treated me after all our years together. He's losing many clients now for the same reason. I have been having Gerardo style my hair for 30 years.
