I am absolutely furious. This practice is beyond terrible — it’s negligent and harmful! I’ve known for a while that I needed to switch providers, but between my packed schedule and the convenience of staying put, I kept putting it off. That was a mistake. Has been my PCP for a long time. He is thoughtful in building treatment plans and compassionate. I think he is an excellent doctor and over the years I’ve selected my healthcare plans around making sure I could keep him as my PCP.
