I contacted Gerard with an inquiry for a job I needed done. I was treated with nothing but respect and they had great customer service. Their prices are also unbeatable for the service you receive.
Decided to call to inquire about creating something for me. The guy didn’t even let me finish describing what I needed, he hung up on me. Literally left me talking. No customer support and zero professionalism. Would not recommend dealing with people like that.
