2 agents from Gerard Partners were so rude at an inspection today. Apartment was for sale and they had no sign of even a post-it note to explain the complex instructions to get into the property. One agent had no knowledge of the apartment and was telling total lies about how strata fees are commonly now $2-5k for 1 bedrooms just to make the $1700 fee seem fine. Update: business replied a year later with a totally false explanation for the poor service.
