Dr. Saponara was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, thorough, kind and has great personality. He made sure I was ok and comfortable the entire time and throughout the process. The staff were also great and very professional. If you are looking for a pediatrist I HIGHLY recommend him!
Dr Nass has been great! Unfortunately, this location has been closed. Naas and Saponara (Foot Specialists of CNY, PC) now see patients at their East Syracuse office.

Dr Saponara was very good but the woman in the billing department is rude , obnoxious, and unprofessional. Watch out for their fee if you cancel an appointment! I have been going there for years but will be going elsewhere from now on! Never been talked down to and reprimanded by a doctors office staff before.
