Worst Costumer Service ever, Owner is arrogant and VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with a quality product as well as excellent "Personal" customer service as our reputation states from all of our customer's reviews below and on our website. Because we were not able to accommodate a special request for this customer, that does not justify him being rude and disrespectful with his inappropriate language when contacting us. As a business owner I had to protect my employees from this type of verbal abuse by disconnecting the call.
Gerald's cheese cakes are amazing. So are his cupcakes. And his brownies are some of the best you will ever taste. If you really want a great dessert for your event, get one of Gerald's desserts. Not only me but my entire team can personally say they are excellent.
This is my go to guy for everything desserts. I have not had any of his cheesecakes, yet, but I have no doubt they are just as amazingly delicious as his cakes. I have ordered the Key Lime and Butter Pound Cake and have never tasted anything like them. The Butter Pound Cake will put every pound cake you've ever had to shame. My family had the candy explosion cheesecake delivered to my work for my birthday-- it looked, and tasted AMAZING! It was the largest size so was plenty of cake to make all of my coworkers very happy. Great quality cheesecake!

BEST EVER! WILL BE BACK – I recently purchased a cheesecake for a dear friend of mine and cheesecake is about the only dessert he favors and i needed it to be delivered, so after reading all the great reviews and gave Geralds a try. I was told this was the BEST CHEESECAKE EVER! Even after 2months, my dear friend still raves about it...so you know it had to be GOOD!! I was so glad!! It was a win-win!! Delicious! – My husband LOVES cheesecake and requested one for his 40th birthday. He loves the traditional NY cheesecake with graham crust and strawberries. I looked online for the best cheesecake in Atlanta and Gerald's was on every list. The cake did not disappoint! The delivery was perfect and the cake was delicious. Perfect timing on a birthday – I had Gerald's deliver a cheesecake to my son at work. He'd just moved to Atlanta and I wanted to make sure he had his favorite dessert on his birthday. The beautiful, delicious cake arrived to the ooohs and ahhhs of his office staff. Everyone loved it. awesome awesome awesome!!!!! – For Thanksgiving I had a red velvet cake and brownies shipped to Chicago. shipped on Monday..arrived on Wednesday...On Thanksgiving it tasted like it had been baked that morning!! Brownies melted in our mouths...red velvet was ridiculously delicious!! i am a southern girl and this did not disappoint at all!! Will definitely definitely use again. THANKS SOOOO MUCH GERALD!!!!
