My appointment was scheduled well in advance for 11/07/24 @ 11:00 a.m.. After arriving 15 mins prior to my appointment, I was taken back to the exam room. 11:00 a.m. came and went. I sat there for 40 minutes and no physician or other staff checked on me, or to say things were running behind.
