Absolutely ridiculous. I had to reschedule because after 40 minutes of waiting past my appointment time. They informed me there was still two people ahead of me and I’d have to wait another hour and a half. It’s not the first time this happens. They just expect people to camp out the whole day in their reception waiting. They don’t honor appointments times. Zero consideration for patients time and money.

Since then I played a lead on Broadway singing eight times a week for two years and recently came off a National Tour of HAMILTON playing King George III. With plenty of vocal therapy and excellent vocal training I have been ... read more
I flew to UCLA from Texas to have De-Re surgery with Dr Berke. All my pre surgery information was by telephone with his assistants. The day before surgery, I met Dr Berke and he said he wasn’t even sure I had SD which I’d been treated for for 25 Yrs. I wish he had said “best not to do surgery” , because my voice was better before surgery. He disconnected the nerve to my left vocal cord, but was unable to reconnect a new nerve. All he said was” it was juicy in there. “ I’ve Stopped taking Botox in my right cord, because since... read more
