Dr. Nickerson recently performed the Intracept procedure on my husband. He is knowledgeable, professional, thorough and kind. On both visits, he explained the procedure in detail and sat with us until all our questions were answered. The day before the procedure, he called my husband's hematologist to make sure they were all on the same page. I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Nickerson while the staff was friendly and professional the interaction with the Doctor was upsetting. Dr. Nickerson was quite negative toward both me (caregiver)and my husband, which made the visit very uncomfortable. On top of that, the information we were given turned out to be inaccurate, adding to the confusion. What was most upsetting was that Dr. Nickerson told us he would not see us anymore.
