went to have a filling done. I found the office clean and professional looking with state of the ark equipment. Some of the staff was cold and not at all personable, while some staff was very kind and helpful. Filling was done pretty fast and relatively painless. Dr. Josephson seemed to take his time with my questions and i didn;t feel rushed.
A fantastic dentist. He is skilled, educated, and "painless". My family and I have been going to him for years and have never had a problem. He is wonderful. He is also extremely funny and puts you at ease immediately
It took me 3 months to get 3 veneers! His practice is so unprofessionally organized....to a point I thought I was on a hidden tv show. First, the receptionist is extremely rude and doesn't man-up to her own mistakes. She is just as unorganized as the entire business. I showed up for my appointment schedule on my card( which I showed her). She tried to tell me she called me and I rescheduled the appointment for a later date. wrong! I appreciate Dr. Josephson a lot. He takes his time to explain things to me in detail and I dont feel rushed as a patient. On many occasions I have seen him working behind the desk which to me implies that he is not always about making his subordinates do his work. His office is very clean and up to date with the latest in dentistry technology. He seems to be well liked by his patients. I found out that my cousin and mother-in-law are patients of his also. Dr. Josephson has provided dental care for my family and I for a combined 20 years. Overall, we have been pleased with his assessments and treatment. He is very matter-of-fact in his manner but appears caring when doing a difficult filling for instance. Like any busy practice, it is good to have your questions in mind when you go in and be assertive in presenting them. He has distractions like a TV in the exam rooms that can help some cope with the stress of being at the dentist!
Dr. Josephson was extremely knowledgeable, and talked to me as a patient. He was matter of fact, and did not hold back. He gave me options, which most dentists won't do this anymore. His staff made me feel like family especially GAIL! She worked with my schedule to get me an appointment as soon as possible.
