I had my car towed to Gerald Jones Volkswagen and was told they were 2 weeks out. I specifically told the service advisor that I wanted BOTH cooling lines going to the turbo replaced. At 3 weeks I received a voicemail stating the technician misquoted the job, so it would be $1,100 more. The original quote was $1300. The service manager stated that I would only pay $1300. Good.
