This was my first Gerald Jones VW purchase experience and I Loved Every Second of It! I lost my first Atlas during Hurricane Helene and loved it so much that I decided to get another! Elizabeth Hatcher was so friendly and made this process so much easier than the first time. Service Department keeps me updated on all maintenance and updates for my VW. I will definitely be a returning customer and will refer others!
I scheduled an oil change for my daughter’s car. She came in and was told it would take about an hour, so she waited. 3.5 hours later I had to call in myself to ask why her car was not finished. I was told they were waiting to see if my daughter wanted to have the check engine light diagnosed. When I made the appointment, I specifically told the person on the phone to ignore the check engine light. Plus, my daughter said nobody ever asked her about it anyway.
