Buyer beware. Have done business with Gerald Jones for 40 years but no more. They ‘mis-calculated’ on their bottom line offer. Then when I said I would think about it, they miraculously found their error and lowered the price by a $1000. They don’t give you a copy of their price calculation, so one doesn’t really have an opportunity to review, they just let you briefly look at it. A not so hidden shell game by their new Sales Manager.

I can’t say enough about Brandon at Gerald Jones. The process was quick and easy for us even with changing my mind at the last minute. He worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended!!
We started car shopping in September. It’s so funny that we looked at SO many different cars, from Kia to a Range Rover, and ended up right back at Gerald Jones Honda, and could NOT be happier with our decision.
