Julia P in the service department is the nastiest and rudest person to do business with about YOUR vehicle. When you explain your concerns she will cut you off. Even when you ask her a simple question she will cut you off and hang up in your face. She has done this to me twice now. I have requested to speak with a manager and still have not heard anything back. Don’t ever do business with this Audi service department.
