Just purchased my first Audi ever (went for an A5 model) and the process was smooth as a car purchase can be :) these days. Our sales rep, John stuck with us and made sure to answer any questions and concerns we had with the purchase. Kirk, the General Manager, was super down to earth and willing to work with me to get the payments where I was comfortable.
