Earl Jones gave us a great experience. Knowledgeable, kind and no pressure. I was hesitant to start shopping for a vehicle but Earl made it very enjoyable. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see Earl.
Just dont ! Very unprofessional & rude! No one answers a phone in the parts/shop side.Its a big 0 from me.
Advised to schedule oil change online, got the confirmation appointment. Arrived and no appointment booked. Said I could wait ( 1 to 2 hours) turned into 5. I asked if tech could just check the tires for rotation, etc. The whole appointment cost $461. Expensive oil and tire check! Don't bother calling the service department. Julie is never there, and you get zero callback. Apparently the emphasis here is to sell and hope maintenance services disappear. Go to Columbia.
