Gerald helped us with the purchase of our first home and he was phenomenal as our realtor. I would highly recommend him and we would definitely use him in the future if we were to move again. He is knowledgeable of the market, had excellent communication, and was professional. He made the home buying process a breeze and exceeded our expectations. We felt that he was looking out for us and our best interests as well. Would recommend Gerald to anyone looking to buy a home!
Gerald is a one-of-a-kind realtor the kind that you tell him what you want let him run free and he move heaven and earth in order to get you the best deal possible. I couldn’t recommend anyone higher to be a realtor and he was really helpful as me being a first time homebuyer answering all my questions and making me understand all parts of the deal and keeping me updated.very patient and very professional. If you were a first time homebuyer or a younger person buying a home, I Highly recommend him.
