Coastal vein and vascular is the absolute best place to go for vascular issues. They are very nice, thorough, and kind. The entire staff in the Murrells Inlet office are simply amazing!!! I've seen Dr. Fortuna and Dr. Hislop and they have both been amazing. They're honest and they are very clear about what's going on. Even if you're scared, they are so good at making you feel better . I highly recommend them both!
