In my 47 years on this Earth, I have never had to report a practice to my insurance. I have a horible finger infection, for which I have been to ER twice. Gerald Family Care refuses to give me a referral for a hand specialis (which the ER said was mandatory); without an appoiintment with them for 3 weeks from now. This was after nont being able to reach anyone by phone for 5 days. They only care about money and are NEVER available. I wish I could give 0 stars. How is this place still existing?

This office is horrible. Sonya Gerald said to me I need to find other OBGYN due to my age (38) because I ask for birth control. After I had a discussion with her about getting an implant Then still have someone call and try to schedule for an annual. That was my unprofessional.
Unprofessional..first time appointment made a week prior. Receptionist calls the day before 15 minutes before the office closes and cancels
