The staff at this location are RUDE, UNEDUCATED, AND DOWN RIGHT UNPROFESSIONAL. The patient system needs to updated as well.
The Dr’s are awesome. Especially, Dr. Williams, but the Receptionist is awful, rude, very unprofessional.
In my 47 years on this Earth, I have never had to report a practice to my insurance. I have a horible finger infection, for which I have been to ER twice. Gerald Family Care refuses to give me a referral for a hand specialis (which the ER said was mandatory); without an appoiintment with them for 3 weeks from now. This was after nont being able to reach anyone by phone for 5 days. They only care about money and are NEVER available. I wish I could give 0 stars. How is this place still existing?
She should be put out of business. The doctor and staff are awful.
