Dr Gerald Soff in Plantation did a bunch of unnecessary blood work, including genetic testing, without first authorizing insurance. Aetna won’t pay Quest, so Quest has sent collections after us for $1800. How do they get away with ruining someone’s credit? Dr Soff should be fired immediately. U of M Medical really sucks.
