Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Alexandra and Mark met with me on a Zoom call, sent over a contract, and agreed to represent me. After that, I was essentially ghosted for an entire year. Every time I followed up, Alexandra insisted she was still working on my case and that she intended to represent me. One full year later, I received a brief email saying: “We dropped your case.
