Geo tech radon services did an excellent job, installing a new system into my house. Efficient, and professional. Also did a great job to make it fit in to the surroundings. Highly recommend them … I had done a test and learned our levels were very high, bought a detector to confirm the levels. Then I contacted Jeff, and within 24 hrs of installation, levels were very good.
Price is very reasonable. Work is very professional. All work is guaranteed. Very responsive. Highly recommend.
The guy who came out from this company installed an expensive fan to address our radon issue, and then I never saw him again. He made a follow-up appointment and never showed up. He rescheduled for the following week - again, never showed up and he never returned my calls. And, lo and behold, I have since found out the fan he installed is not working correctly and does not even address the problem. Be wary of this company.
Very prompt and on-time response, proposal, and work. Very professional, polite, and friendly. They made sure I understood how the system worked and showed me that it was working (pulling a vacuum under the slab). Final charge was 80% of their "worst case" proposal. I think I paid a little more than if I hired another company, but overall it was worth it.
I first used this company in 2008 for my original system for our home in Myersville. Then again around 2018 or 2019? for a new fan . ( The fans I think come with a 5 year warranty) .This company is the absolute best. Look no further. Prior to using Benner geotech (now called Geotech radon services)I did extensive research with the EPA and various other sources and at that point I was pointed in their direction. I highly recommend them. They are professional and "check all the boxes. "
