Scheduled radon mitigation with this company and Jeff came out to do site survey. He offered two solutions: one preferred by him and another he said I would need to sign off on due to risk of condensation on vent pipe if not insulated properly. Since the second option meant I wouldn’t have a visible radon system attached to the side of my house, I asked to go with that option and to fully insulate the vent pipe (agreeing to pay more if needed). Jeff truly cares about people. He is not in this to make some crazy amount of money. He just wants to get your radon levels down. He is super personable. And he runs almost every part of this business by himself. This guy knows radon. And when my levels came back up, he gave me a discount on the second fan. my basement is now below 1!!! it was as high as 10 before.
Great experience! Cost $500 and reduced our radon levels from 4-6 to 0.8 within 24 hours. Very friendly and professional. He installed an inline fan to an already existing passive system in the attic. Very glad we had it done!

Geo tech radon services did an excellent job, installing a new system into my house. Efficient, and professional. Also did a great job to make it fit in to the surroundings. Highly recommend them … I had done a test and learned our levels were very high, bought a detector to confirm the levels. Then I contacted Jeff, and within 24 hrs of installation, levels were very good.
