We recently installed a hot tub and hired Geo, they are the best! Jennfifer and Brandon run a great company and their knowledge and customer service are very good. I highly recommend them and we hired them to maintain it yearound.
I just worked with the Geo's team on a "Service Heater" error I was getting on my large Pentair pool heater, and they were INCREDIBLE. Super responsive on initial contact, they were able to get out to the deduce the problem the next day, and not only fixed the issue, but checked the heater for full working ability. Geo's solved our problem, and in a pinch before a big holiday weekend where everyone wants to get in the pool. Thank you, Geos!! Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. Spoke with a nice gentleman named Roger who was willing to come out same day. When I called back I spoke to this rude woman who kept hanging up on me then called me back and asked me to stop calling.
