Called to get information about getting a windshield replaced. The person that answered the phone only said hello. Asked if it was th name on my phone and the reply was that I had the wrong number. After asking if it was a glass company he said yes. He said that he wouldn't be able to help until later next week. Very un professional attitude.
They said there wasn’t an auto glass place in wasaga beach when I asked at Canadian Tire. They said I would have to go to Collingwood. Glad we drove by and saw it! Kevin was great (once it got a hold of him- (worth waiting for the call back) it is faster to text him. I had a crack in my windshield and I sent him a photo of my VIN, he asked a couple of questions about the model of my car and options (like I have a sun and moon roof) and mirror placement any detectors on the glass (my car is too old).
