My husband and I had a new furnace installed yesterday by Jon, Corey and Adam. They were very personable and worked exceptionally well together as a team and were very knowledgeable about the equipment. Jon took the time to explain in detail the mechanics of how our furnace functions and answered all of our questions thoroughly to give us peace of mind. It took us a few years to decide but we finally did it. We bought a 1.5 ton half split unit from Georgian Home Comfort. Our sales rep name was Guy and he came and walked us through the benefits of having a Lennox unit and drew up proposed plans where it would go on the house. We then paid a nominal deposit and the unit was ordered. On our scheduled installation date, a large white truck pulled into our driveway and Corey and Adam arrived with our unit. Blower motor on furnce went leaving us without air conditioning. Called Georgian who promptly diagnost problem. Given age of unit , cost of repairs and after meeting with Jim decided to replace furnace. Very pleased with the service, Jessie and Eric first class installers. Overall I would recommend Georgian Home Comfort.
Jesse and apprentice Eric removed and replaced a new AC unit in a timely manner. Answered all my questions while giving us some cool air in this heat.
