Great place to live!
It's a nice place to stay, rent is a little high and needs someone to keep the building and grounds clean.
Functional, but very outdated. Our apartment needed a cleaning/renovation overhaul.
Manager does all the maintenance so she doesn't have the time to keep the place in top shape. Rent is a little high for the area. Overall acceptable place to live.
