Everyone that looked after me, Robin especially, from the lovely hygienist, and Dr. Vayas were all so kind and professional. I really enjoyed working with the gal who set up my next appointments and my payment, she too was so warm and personable. My previous dentist retired, and I took quite a time to decide on where I wished to go. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The staff at the front desk and behind the scenes are truly wonderful. All the staff I have interacted with have been kind, and great at what they do (informative, no judgement, helpful etc,.). There was a time where I was scared to go to the dentist, but now, I look forward to going to the dentist because of the multiple positive experiences I have had!
Great, clean facility. Everyone that I dealt with and spoke to was very welcoming, personable and eager to answer any questions or concerns.
This was my initial visit to Georgian Bay Family Dental and I have nothing but high praise for this establishment! From the minute I walked in the door, throughout my exam and cleaning I felt at ease and valued as a client. Dr. Vish was lovely and very thorough! Every staff you encounter from the start of your appointment, right through until the end at Georgian Family Dentistryu makes your appointment and time there go so smoothly. They are kind, knowledgeable and very understanding if you have unique needs or fear of having dental work done. They will also ensure you are acknowledged by your preferred name and pronouns! Because of their kindness and professionalism, I am a regular client, when I used to really struggle to go for years. Would definitely recommend.
