I recently bought a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain from Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC in Barrie, and the experience was fantastic! I worked with Alex, who made the whole process so easy. He’s a funny guy with a great sense of humour and went out of his way to accommodate my family and me—even when we reached out close to closing time. The best part was after we left the lot with our new car—we found a few personal touches from Alex that gave us a good laugh. We loved the humour and absolutely love the car!
Heavy Equipment Diesel Technician by trade here: Dealing with Georgian Gmc is like pulling teeth. You're warranty is effectively usless at this dealer. They seem to be unable or unwilling to perform any real troubleshooting. If a code is not present they will tell you there is no problem. Had to deal with them twice for warranty issues. 10l80 transmission valve body failure + both rear brake calipers siezing. One was accpeted (trans), one was denied.
