Purchased a used BMW X3. Valerie and Leo made the process easy and were there after the sale to correct a couple service items that came up.
We hadn't planned on looking at cars seriously that evening recently but a bright red car caught my wife's eye and she encouraged me to take a closer look.It was close to closing but Fernando was more than happy to show me the vehicle. The car was special and we closed made the deal that evening, with Maria assisting with the administrative details.
