First experience with Georgian BMW service and it was perfect. On time, communication was crystal clear, and everything was covered by warranty.
Sales staff was very attentive to our needs and worked hard to make a deal happen. Car pick up was wonderful. Car had a big bow and included a sign personally greeting us on our arrival. A very luxurious experience. Valerie gave us a thorough review of the vehicle’s features and benefits and followed up with us later in case we had any issues or concerns. She was very willing to help us resolve any issues. The buying experience from sales, sales management and business manager was top notch in all respects.
