I cannot begin to thank Val, Maria and everyone at Georgian BMW with our recent purchase there. I came to this dealership two months ago and they were very unprofessional and very rude that I decided to leave like 15 min and I went to mercedes benz kitchener waterloo and they way friendly and respectful that I buy a new GLC . I hope the people in BMW work on there customers service and being a little friendly doesn’t hurt.
I bought a 2025 BMW iX from here. Fernando Trasmundi was the sales person I dealt with. The information sheet he sent for the vehicle clearly documented "illuminated kidney grille" as a feature in the car. When the car arrived, it had no illuminated kidney grille. I reached out to Fernando multiple times and he simply ignored my communications. For future buyers: be extra cautious and check each and every feature on the vehicle before you leave the dealership. Once you leave, you are on your own.
We’d like to thank Hayley and the amazing service team at Mini Georgian! My wife and I stopped in unannounced with a small issue with our Mini Countryman, and within minutes our vehicle was in the shop and we were back on our way. We truly appreciate the prompt, friendly, and professional service!
