I received PT at the Grovetown building for therapy on first my left and then my right shoulder after surgery. The therapists and receptionist there were so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful during my recovery. I was allowed to rest between exercises, they showed me how to perform the different exercises and the purpose of each one. At the end of each therapy session, the therapists performed gentle passive exercise to my arm and shoulder, which felt great. I love the West Augusta office. They are very friendly and work to get you better fast. This is my second round of therapy with them and I would come back again if necessary.

In the past 2 months, I have learned so much about my pain and slowly improving thanks to the folks at the Grovetown center....
I was treated at the GP facility on SRS for approximately 6 months. I cannot say anything except praise for the receptionist and therapist staff. The treatments were effective to a significant degree, though the effectiveness was limited to short term. None of the ineffectiveness is to be attributed in any was a a failing of the GP staff. They did the very best they could. I ultimately believe my condition will require surgery or a nerve block to reduce the continual pain, and am exploring those options. Great staff, knowledgeable and provided very effective treatment.
Everyone was very helpful and courteous. It would have been nice to have the same therapist each visit, but I understand that it has to do with scheduling.
I received the best care at GPT. My injury was well taken care of and after each visit I was able to have better range of motion with little to no pain at all.
I went to strenghten my shoulder before surgery on my shoulder before surgery, my doctor said it would make a big difference in my recovery and he was correct. I went to North Augusta and they have a very knowledgeable staff and are great people to work with. Thanks to all of you.
