Great and knowledgeable staff. They are my miracle workers. Pinched sciatic nerve from delivering my baby resulting in complete drop foot. Also 75% muscle loss from not being able to use foot. I was able to start walking after 3 weeks. Water therapy help immensely!!! Still working on building muscles.

I worked with the Aiken group and they were wonderful. While it didn't quite resolve my problem it gave me assistance and training for major flare-ups. It was an enjoyable atmosphere.
I was very disappointed in the therapy I received at the Grovetown facility. There was no personalized care. The PTA often supervised 4 to 5 patients at at time. Those patients were performing a set of exercises either for neck and arm or for back and leg. I seldom worked or saw the therapist. The one time I questioned one of the exercises, she became indignant and gave me a lecture on how much education she had. I have just had another back surgery and if my surgeon recommends therapy, I will ask him for a referral to anoth... read more
I had pool therapy at the west Augusta location. Loved it, the staff are great! It's clean and a good location for me. It was not crowded. Wish I could just keep going, it really helped me.
The Aiken Georgialina staff are wonderful. I felt like a person and not a number. Everyone knows everyone and all are very friendly. I try to refer people to that branch all the time. They are the best.
Great service for my husband in the Grovetown Office. It helped him allot.
The NorthAugusta staff are the bomb! They greet you by name when you enter the building. Very knowledgeable and skillful. They planned my therapy and in no time I was back on my motorcycle! Thank you all! They treat you with respect and make you feel welcome not to mention they treat you like family. I enjoyed my time spent with them and very appreciative of the awesome customer service. Love you guys! Fingers crossed, I'll never need therapy again but if I do, I'll be there again!
Their goal is to get you back to as close to 100% as possible. They work you hard, but the results are worth it. The North Augusta branch has some terrific people working there. I would certainly use them again.
