TAKE MY ADVISE AND RUN AWAY FROM THEM.. This is the absolute worst place to attempt to get a car loan through. They first need to make concessions for physical drivers licenses because of the impacts COVID has made on DDS processing. Because they set unrealistic expirations on a car loan to be processed, which we were approved on, we were required to start the process over taking yet another hit on our credit, then to have that new inquiry to now be used against us on the 2nd round. Me again. In process of leaving this company but just wanted to inform that once again they credited our Mortgage payment to a person of the same name with different account number. Called to fix the problem, no one from their customer support believed us and repeatedly insisted that we never had a problem with funds being misplaced. 3 supervisors later and we were flat out called liars. I don't even want to give them 1 star. They have put us through ****. The process to get our mortgage loan was a nightmare, paid extra to expedite the process which didn't happen because they are lazy & have a bad habit of losing paperwork. I have been a member with GUCU for approx. 12 years. At first they appeared to want to help. I got a auto loan with them at 10% interest rate due to my credit. I was ok with that and was grateful for their help. I fell on hard times and lost my job. And I did advise GUCU of this. I was working with a specialist that was working out a payment plan with me. I was never reported as late as long as I was with them. I then decided to have the loan refinanced with my work credit union as they would give me a 1.99% interest rate. T... read more

I tried to get a refinance for our single-wide mobile home on rural land with these people. On my first call, I pointed out that most banks won't handle those. They said they could, but they were extremely incompetent. They couldn't even get our address right after about three different attempts. Their website doesn't work well, so they had us submit the application and everything in paper form, but their multiple errors required them to completely re-write the loan, so we again filled out dozens of forms.
