Representative ******* very rude and disrespectful as I was talking. Transferred the phone as I was trying to explain to her my issue. This is the second day that Ive call to get assistance with downloading their new app. Also Ive been unable to access my account for several months. No one has helped me with it.

Greetings It has been almost 2 months that I have had to fight for money to be replaced in my acct. On 10/13/**, 3 fraudulent charges were applied to my checking account . Unauthorized charges are $344.10- ***** $ ****** - DTLR $ *****- Rue 21 I have never shopped at these stores nor did I authorize any purchases I had to submit 2 claims and make a visit to the Whitehall branch to resolve this issues. After the recent change to the online banking system, which created significant inconvenience for me, my direct deposit did not go through. I then spent exactly 1 hour and 18 minutes on the phone trying to get the bank to fix the issue. Nothing was resolved and, in fact, ******--who was as unprofessional as her name might imply--became snippy and defensive when I advised that **** was the source of the problem because I have never had a issue with direct deposit in the 4 years prior to the system change. These are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in banking. I chose to take a second mortgage out with a local credit union thinking that I would have a local contact for my needs, and they might actually get to know my needs and my businesses. That is the furthest thing from the truth. I have spoken with them at least 3 times not on information I needed (they never sent me a **** for my loan interest for my taxes which is I think illegal) and every single time I have politely called to ask for help, they make exc... read more

Service when received is good but it takes too long to process anything. Either hire and train more people or stop offering things only to disappoint.

I was charged hundreds of dollars for insufficient funds fees from bankers telling me false information regarding depositing checks and for items not paid with no overdraft protection or convenience fee service set up after I went with another bank and a monthly payment attempted to clear multiple times without being paid! This bank also hurt my credit during COVID when I asked a loan payment be deferred. This bank also could have cared less when I went to refinance my house that I had large equity in. The most incompetent financial institution I have ever dealt with. I used them for a great rate on buying out the lease on my truck. The lack of attention paid by ********************** has been of epic proportions. Not only do they not do their job they want to charge me an extra $1600 for their lazy sloppy work. Oh and they want to take my interest rate from 1.5% to ***** because they didn't do their job. DO NOT USE them. <div class="ctc-tooltip"></div>
