Who ever is answering the phone so you can make an appointment needs to be more caring... So cold to the patient, 2nd time I've tried to get in to see MY doctor and they just dismiss me... Sorry to say I WILL NOT be calling back , very disappointed .
Dr. Scott gave me back my life when he did Bilateral Knee Replacement on my knees in Sept '15. I never realized just how restricted my knees really were until they weren't. I am walking again pain free and can not thank Dr. Scott enough for my brand new shiny knees! The entire staff at GSM is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who had an orthopedic problem.
They r awesome thank you surgery from Dr banks went fine and physical therapy was great
