Had spa one day. Every thing has been an incredible experience so far. Very, very positive, including their electrical installation partner, Gravitt Electrical.
The staff is professional and very helpful. Would recommend this company 100% if you need/want a spa. Our hot tub has improved the quality of our lives. Get the biggest one you can afford. Ours is 6 yrs old and we’ve never had the first issue. HotSprings Spas are the best!

Leo was great! Very helpful — wasn’t too aggressive but did let me know about some great deals happening. He also helped with some fun gift accessories for the tub to give my wife! Hot tub just delivered today and will have it hooked up tomorrow. Can’t wait to try it out!!
