I recently visited the Hampton office for suspicious spots. Doctor froze two moles and did not tell me to follow up or that it may take 2 freezing attempts over a month later..one mole is sore after being pulled while bathing and bleeds called office and i was told that i would need to come in again to freeze again since i have insurance and pay again. Not good customer service, never informed me of possibly another visit..nurse stated they dont tell people that.. communication is vital when in the business of helping people... read more
