I have used them for all sizes of meetings and holiday meals at the plant I work at. They never disappoint. Mom and I are eating the Pastitsio that we got from their freezer, and it is AMAZING!!!!!

Georgia, I cannot thank you enough for catering our Dauphin Island Parkway reunion. Our friends who attended were of the mid 1980’s South Brookley Little League Board Members. We had a great time and as always, the dinner your fine team prepared for us was amazing. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was. I can not even begin to describe, the amazing services the delicious food, the smiling and extremely helpful staff! A bartender with a smile, a carving station that was outstanding and a chef that’s personable and helpful! Ms. Mary truly had our best interest at all times and this group served amazing food! The Lighthouse Sunset Dinner to support our Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Service was a complete success with this caterer! Thank you Roussos!
