I contacted this plumbing company to fix my garbage disposal, and the experience was very unprofessional. Instead of coming out to inspect the issue, they immediately quoted me $500 or more and said they “don’t buy cheap parts.” The plumber even mentioned he lived over an hour away and didn’t want to come just to look at the problem. Worst Plumbing Experience Ever. Seriously. I called Georgia Plumbing (who was routed to us as we has AHS home insurance) for a simple faucet repair/replacement .The existing one was wobbly and leaking, and I had the brand new faucet ready for him to install. What I got was a plumber who clearly had better things to do than his actual job. The guy showed up already looking like he was in a massive hurry. I needed our sewer lines inspected with a camera as part of a home inspection for a sale. I picked Georgia Rooter out of many in the Atlanta area offering such services. I got lucky and found the right company. The technician “Angel” could not have been anymore prompt and professional! Stilyin from Georgia Rooter Services saved the day for us. We have been without water for one week. The plumber our home warranty first sent out was not good and kept wanting to have other company’s come out and look at things so we switched to Georgia Rooter Services and luckily Stilyin came to our house!!! He came out and immediately knows what the problem is, where the leak is, how to fix it - AND he is so personable and friendly!!!

5/5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND Angel was an 😇 He came out and did a complimentary estimate on the same day to replace my 15 year old water heater. Following that I had a comprehensive quote left for me. Then the admin called and scheduled an appointment, again with Angel. He was on time, friendly, and understanding. Thank you.
