This place really sucks. I will be filing several corporate complaints. You guys are the effin worst and really don’t care about the situations you put ppl in. And you really really put us in a bad effin situation.

First off the state rips off the system by saying a patient is given a bed, when all they have is a recliner in a large room of other patients in recliners. If they act out they get a shot to sedate them. My daughter called from this place 2 different times in less than 3 hours. Both time patients were screaming in the back ground. I called back to see if I could speak to her and some other patient answered telling me mommy come get me and then when she realized I was not her mother she began screaming in anger at me. I came to visit with a friend in concern of her son. When we arrived we were appointed to double doors on the left side of the building (Central Unit 5) I didn't feel comfortable nor welcomed. The main people that were needed to talk to, could not be found. We were told to place our purses in a locker in which they did not provide locks for.
