I moved here 4 years ago in January 2022, good so far. Now 2026 and still one of the nicest 55+ buildings in the area. There are 17 neighbors on my floor and I know all by their 1st name. Most are quiet and keep to themselves but some like me are more open and friendly. I've been in San Diego since 1976. Also I am on Zillow and Craigslist a lot, one of my favorite pastimes. My unit is very nice and fully upgraded with new balcony glass railings, new wood floors, new windows, stainless steel appliances, new paint, quartz countertops, central heat and air conditioning, new cabinetry. Some units have balconies others have patios, 18 units do not have any outdoor space, but there in community in/outdoor space 2 large areas with tables and chairs. This apartment complex is old with cheap ambience and poor maintenance. It’s very noise, the laundry room with washers and dryers old and very expensive. Not enough parking spaces in the garage. The elevator is out of service often. The guy in charge is very rude and he is known as "Howard The Coward".
