This is the absolute worst monopoly in Georgia. I've never dealt with a power company so greedy. When I called customer service about my bill the agent was very much a smart a$$. "If you don't pay your bill your power gets shut off." I've paid over $500 between December and today and they still cut it off and won't turn it on.
It's a monopoly. They can change the rates however they see fit! It's not right how they can get away with ripping people off. I hope the higher ups of the company feel ashamed. You are in a place of power (pun intended) to be able to help people & clearly you went the other route! No one gets ahead by stepping on others backs to get to the top. Remember that! We NEED other options for electric service!!!!!!
My power bill was accidentally paid twice they wont refund you money for 45 days. What a joke! When you talk to customer service they are rude, defensive and dont help you at all. Everyday hardworking people deserve better.
Told me the last minute that my payment didn’t go through and they shut off my power? And when I tried to call they can’t except it and disconnected me? Really? So amateur?! As a low income resident they really don’t care about you and I can’t wait to move out of the area so I don’t have to deal with them
