The staff is friendly. Waiting times are short. Dr. Brownlow is always professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Would recommend him to anyone with chronic backpain. The receptionist, Valerie, goes above and beyond to be helpful and always follows through. The finance department is flexible and friendly!
the doctors here don't listen to people they tried to tell me that I had to get shots in my back even though I already had shots and they didn't help they said that if I didn't come up with the money for the shots and get them they wouldn't see me anymore it's about money to them I will not go back I suggest that you don't either
the Doctors and the staff are very thorough and treats you really great.
I had gone to several Doctors before getting to Dr. Vaid. My pain was so severe I thought I would end up in a wheelchair. I am now pain free for the first time in several years. I feel 20 years younger!! Dr. Vaid is not only a great Doctor, but caring and sympathetic as well. He takes time to sit down and actually talk to you! Thank you Dr. Vaid for giving me my life back! BTW, I just changed my 93 year old Mom over to Dr. Vaid. That’s how much I trust him. And as a bonus, the entire staff are wonderful!!
