I experienced a very rude lady working behind the window. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder or perhaps hates her job. I work in customer service and I can’t imagine treating a paying customer this way. I recently lost a child and was there for personal reasons. It was hard to go there and take care of necessary business but I did. Only to encounter the worst customer service!!! I ask for my money back and got it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!
