Worst service ever. I told Thomas this and he stated he did not care “it is what it is” is what he said. He referred me to another hardwood shop and hung up. Will not ever go back here again.
Terrible customer service, I went there to buy a small amount of hardwood, 75 percent of what I bought was so terrible it could not be used, Thomas assures me that it is first quality hardwood, I tried to asked him about the stain that he carries and he told me to go to Walmart. So after driving 30 miles to buy his garbage I had to drive even further to Virginia hardwood supply in Juliette ga, which I would recommend to anyone over ga oak floor.
