The worst place you want to go to. I came in to buy a car knowing it was 30 minutes before closing and every person in the building told me to leave because they were closed. I knew what car I wanted but they did not know that. I drove 2 hours to the location to find out the service was unprofessional. I could go more in detailed.. but what I am saying is if I could buy the car I would but I do not want to support their business anymore.
I purchased a 2011 Mustang convertible here. The new sale person Vernon Love was very friendly and helpful. My 17 years old son had a very pleasant experience in his first used car purchase! Our family has purchased two cars from GIA. These guys are amazing! They are always priced affordable and oh la la the maintenance package!!! But wait, what if you buy a used car, and it breaks down? Well, let me just tell you, these guys back their word, and have always come in significantly cheaper than the quote for repair. They’re even great conversationalists while you wait! My fiancée and I were desperately seeking a good vehicle at a fair price. After checking several dozen lots and being extremely disappointed, we lucked into this company. They were very courteous, professional and went out of their way to assure we found the right car for our needs. The sales manager personally handled our case and we left with a 2014 Toyota Camry in beautiful condition, low mileage and at a good price. Beware! My daughter and I tried to purchase a car from this company yesterday. We negotiated and agreed to a price, left to get a cashiers check and when we returned were told that the terms were not as agreed upon. We left and found another car elsewhere and then rated the company one star on Google for lack of integrity. The owner then rated me, as a Realtor with whom he has never worked, one star and has threatened to call my broker if my daughter and I don’t remove our honest reviews of his company within 24 hours. Buyers beware. This was sadly one of the worst car buying experiences in our 20 years of car purchases. We attempted to purchase a Mazda SUV which when we got it home, after attempting emissions and spending $100 on inspections, we discovered it had a bad timing belt and engine. Upon returning it, the manager kept our $500 deposit because “we kept the car off the lot.” Despite the fact that the car was not drivable. Buyers beware.
