This was an awful experience. I think the worst part about it was that we THOUGHT it was amazing! We were looking for a car for our 17-year-old daughter. We found one online at this location and drove over from Canton to check it out. From the outside, it looked great. There were no high-pressure sales and everyone was nice. We asked to take it for a test drive, which they were fine with, but the car was LITERALLY on fumes so we didn't make it a block. That should've told me something. Buyer Beware! Zero stars would be more appropriate. I wish I would have done my research before we went here to purchase a car for my daughter. I thought we had a good and easy buying process with the salesman. He was quick to let us test drive anything we wanted and immediately showed us the Carfax. We were made aware that the vehicle had been in an accident and the airbags deployed but that it all had been "fixed". 5/25/21 - If I could rate this entire organization a BIG FAT 0 - Zero, I would. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle nor refer my friends/family members / co-workers / neighbors from Ali (fast talking salesperson from NY), Erin (GM that allows her salespeople to talk to paying customers anyway they want), head mechanic (that admitted something to me but when asked about it by the GM, lied to her to cover his butt), an owner (that hid behind his phone and would not talk with me directly about my concerns) and an organizat... read more
