We had a very positive experience with Ali, and his associates. We went to look at a specific vehicle, and ended up with a different one which better suited our needs. This dealer has a service department which was quick to fix a few issues that needed attention before we made the purchase, and they did an excellent job. We are very pleased overall with the experience we had at Georgia Import Auto of Alpharetta, GA.
Walked in to the office and they all just stared at me, not one asked if I needed help. Told them I had a few cars I wanted to look at and they said "go ahead, cars are unlocked" - wow, will never go there or recommend it.
This was an awful experience. I think the worst part about it was that we THOUGHT it was amazing! We were looking for a car for our 17-year-old daughter. We found one online at this location and drove over from Canton to check it out. From the outside, it looked great. There were no high-pressure sales and everyone was nice. We asked to take it for a test drive, which they were fine with, but the car was LITERALLY on fumes so we didn't make it a block. That should've told me something. Excellent communication and everything was as promised. I ended up buying a Honda Crosstour but the whole process was a breeze.
Don't bother emailing them. Their draft will ignore any questions, and just ask you to call them. When I reiterated my needs they just responded with "ok car sold" all lower case with no punctuation (probably because of extra effort). I asked about their listing again later, and they indeed said it was still available. Either or they lied. I will not be spending anymore time much less money with them. Thanks Vernon.
Car was overpriced and not in great shape. Vernon did not know anything about the car and was quick to tell us that. He asked nothing about us or what we were look for but spent the whole time talking about his NFL career and his wife’s acting career - very unprofessional.
