March 2023 I utilized the ER and S&S imaging was the radiologist. I paid cash the day of Service. At one point I even received a refund check for a portion of the bill. Fast forward to Jan 2025 I received a call from a collection agency for 36.00. I do not mind paying what I owe, but I never received a bill or a call. I have made several calls and cant get the correct person on the phone to discuss. I don't take being turned over to collections lightly.
