Georgia Hopsice, was the worse experience for my 95 year old mom. These women complained that my mom was verbally abrusive. My mom doesn’t use harsh language and has never been a racist, we have a mixed family, but the three women that came out had nasty attitudes. The last friday y’all were with my mom. Rachel Quinn the RN she always calls before she comes she is always dressed appropriately She always has her name tag she gives my wife. Amazing care tends to her needs. Extremely courteous Very detailed , Very kind my wife loves her. Carol Trayor the CNA is wonderful ,so kind , very caring, calls before she comes always has her name tag , always dressed appropriately my wife adores her , they both are extremely outstanding very happy with the care my wife is getting !
There is a real life earth angel that works here and her name is Nishundra. I could never say enough good things about her. She is extremely patient and compassionate and approaches nursing the old fashion way that you never see anymore. She took excellent care of my mom. Jack was amazing as well. He comforted me with beautiful prayer when I needed it most. He has a very calming spirit. I appreciated Jennifer for her compassion when she came to pronounce my mom.
