The most UNPROFESSIONAL experience EVER!! Louisa and Ms Fitzgerald are THE WORST!! My daughter had an appointment scheduled over a month ago. Confirmation call the day before was confirmed but Louisa said it needed to be confirmed by my 17 year old daughter not me. Called the say if saying they need to reschedule and I said her schedule won’t allow that. This place is unprofessional along with their staff. The Doctor that was assigned to my daughter showed no level of professionalism and I really regret ever brining her here. You all have to do better!! Won’t keep clients!!
