I’m making this complaint because how I was treated today. I’ve been a patient with Dr. Sharmafor years before they moved there office. I’m highly upset with the customer service today in Pooler GA. There was no common courtesy or understanding for the disable at this Medical Center, StJoseph on Pooler Parkway. I’ve patiently waited for almost 2 weeks in pain, and I even explained that to the girl at the front desk.
