Everyone is very friendly and helpful! You don't feel like you are being judge in anyway. Everyone (both trainers and customers) will all cheer you on! The trainers are always there to help you with your form so that you do not get hurt. They will push you but not break you! I would highly recommend you to give it a try. I think you may like it.

The workouts are well thought out. The gym is a large, very high roofs with Big A$$ fans. The trainers encourage without being overly aggressive. At 57 I have to be sure to not over do it and yet I am now doing things that I'm so proud of. Most importantly CS&F is a fit family. Its my get away that helps keep me healthy in body and mind.
It is not a business, it is a family. I have enjoyed and appreciate the way I am treated at CS&F. You are not treated as a customer you are treated as if you were family. You can imagine working out in a group can be challenging, Not at CS&F, they have the best interest for each individual there. They handle each session very professionally. They check in with everyone and make sure they are getting what they need. Truly a great experience and place to belong.
This isn’t just your average community. These people are friends and family. I have never experienced a community like the CSF Family. Been here just over 4 years and am so thankful to Hunter & Jill for what they have created for us. I highly recommend CSF. It doesn’t matter if your just starting to workout or you never have or have years of experience. There is a place for everyone at CSF.
I love this place, you have no choice than to work hard 😅 plus everyone is so friendly, you feel right at home.
